Simplify App Mode

This feature allows admins to streamline the app’s interface for non-English speaking cleaners. By enabling this mode, you can remove complex features and simplify navigation, making it easier for all team members to use the app efficiently, regardless of their language proficiency.

Set when your cleaner can start their jobs

If you want more control when your cleaners start their jobs, you can set how long before the actual booking they can start the job. If you allow your cleaners to start the jobs anytime, then this can be deactivated.

Cleaners can set their own availability

This feature allows cleaners to set their availability directly through the mobile app, giving them flexibility in managing their schedules. You can turn this feature on or off as needed, giving you complete control over the scheduling process.

Hide Customer Contact Details from Cleaners

This feature allows you to hide customer phone numbers and email addresses from cleaners, helping to prevent potential circumvention and ensuring customer relationships stay within your control.

Set How Far Ahead Cleaners Can See Their Schedule

With this feature, you can control how far in advance cleaners can view their upcoming jobs. Limit access to future bookings for greater scheduling flexibility and to reduce potential conflicts.

Late Notification Button

If a cleaner is running late, they can press a button to notify the admin and/or the customer of their delay, along with an estimated arrival time. This helps keep everyone informed and reduces any potential concerns.

15-Minute Job Start Alert

Receive an alert if a cleaner hasn’t started a job within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. This feature ensures prompt communication and allows for quick adjustments if needed.

Route Preview for Cleaners

Cleaners can view their route in advance, helping them plan their journey and manage their time more effectively. This feature improves punctuality and ensures they are well-prepared for each job.

Google Sat Nav so cleaners never get lost

This feature leverages the power of Google Maps to provide real-time navigation, ensuring that cleaners can efficiently find their way to every job, no matter where it is. This option can be turned off if not required.

Geo Ping Clock-in & Out Locations

You can access both locations when your cleaners clock in & clock out. It is a handy feature to ensure your cleaners are where they say they are.
