Can I migrate my customers and cleaners?
Yes, we can migrate your existing database into our system so you don’t manually have to upload all your customers or cleaners.
Can I connect my GoCardless Account?
Yes, you can quickly and easily connect your GoCardless accounts and take payments from your customers.
Does this work for carpet cleaning companies?
Yes, our software is not just for maid or general cleaning services, it suits any type of cleaning company including carpet cleaners.
Is there a version for the U.S.A?
Yes, we have ProCleanerUS, if you follow this link it will take you to the US platform – United States App

They can be downloaded from both the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
Does it have Sat Nav?
Yes, it has Sat Nav with route optimisisation, so your cleaners will never have an excuse.
Will it track the route and mileage?
Yes, you can view the route they took and also we will work out the milage automatically and add it onto your cleaners wages if require.
Can my cleaners check their wages through the app?
Yes, your cleaners can view all their jobs and how much they will be paid or have been paid.
Will my cleaners get notifications?
Yes, every time a new job is added or edited, your cleaners will have an instant notification on the their app.
Can my cleaners pick their own availability?
Yes, if allowed by yourself, all your staff can pick their own availability from the mobile phone.
Will it only work if my cleaners have mobile phones?
No, you can add cleaners without mobiles phones if required and manually complete each job and the cleaners will be paid based on the set job duration.
Can my cleaners view the route and task lists ahead of time?
Yes, they can view all their upcoming jobs, the route, the distance and how long it will take to get there.
Can I add check lists for my cleaners?
Yes, you can add task lists and make sure your cleaners check them off before they are allowed to complete their jobs.
Does it have a clock-in and clock-out feature?
Yes, you can track their clock-in and clock-out times and this will then work out their wages automatically. This is optional.
Can my cleaners upload photos from the app to my dashboard?
Yes, every time a cleaner takes a photo inside the app, it will be uploaded to the dashboard for storing and future viewing. You can make this mandatory.
Can I message my cleaners through the app?
Yes, you can message induvial cleaners or teams through the app.
Can my cleaners collect payments through the app?
Yes, your cleaners can take card payments from customers through the mobile app, if you allow it.

What ways can I pay my cleaners?
Fixed rate Per Booking
This allows you to set a fixed amount to each booking regardless how long the booking takes the cleaner will always get paid the exact same amount for each job.
Percentage Share of Each Booking
This allow you to pay your cleaners a percentage of the total amount you charge your customer per booking.
Hourly Rate Per Job Duration
This allow you to choose the set hourly rate and it will always be based on the duration of each booking.
Hourly Rate Using The Clock-In & Clock-Out Feature
You will pay your cleaners the hourly rate you set and it will work it our from when the cleaners start each job to the exact time they finish each job.
Daliy Clock-in & Clock-Out
This allows you to pay your cleaners from the time they clock in and start their first job of the day until they clock out of the last job of each day.
Universal Amounts for standard and deep cleans
You can set the pay rate based on the type of booking required.
Fixed Salary
You can choose to pay your cleaners a fixed salary regardless of how many hours they work or jobs they complete.
Different Pay Rates For Weekends & Bank Holidays
You can set different pay rates if your cleaners get paid more on weekends or Bank holidays.
Weekly PAYE
You can pay your cleaners with PAYE, our software will work out the correct deductions and create an actual pay slip every week based on your cleaners current tax code. It also shows all tax and NI paid to date for the year.
Fortnightly PAYE
You can pay your cleaners with PAYE, our software will work out the correct deductions and create an actual pay slip every two weeks based on your cleaners current tax code. It also shows all tax and NI paid to date for the year.
Four Weekly PAYE
You can pay your cleaners with PAYE, our software will work out the correct deductions and create an actual pay slip every four weeks based on your cleaners current tax code. It also shows all tax and NI paid to date for the year.
Monthly PAYE

My customers pay me in cash, how does this work?
You can mark the payment as paid in the system manually if you take cash payments.
Will it send a payment link with the invoices?
Yes, you can attach a link to each invoice and your customer can then pay by debit or credit card.
Will it send payment reminders?
Yes, you can send invoice reminders and know if your customer has read the email.
Can invoices be sent by text message?

Desktop Dashboard
What is a desktop dashboard?
It’s the main hub for our software. Normally it’s viewed from a desktop computer but we have optimised it for IPad, Tablet and phone. This is where you will manage the cleaning busines.
What type of diary is it?
We have many different diary views and all are automated, so we will definitely have one that suits your cleaning business.
Do I have to send automted emails?
No, you can decide what email you would like automated, you can choose from a template or make your own. You can also opt out form sending any emails.
Can I work out wages automatically?
Yes, it will work out the payroll for every cleaner and automate this task.
Does it receive notifications?
Yes, you will receive live notifications from your cleaners mobile app, you won’t have to refresh any pages.
Where can I see all the features?
Does it stop overbooking?
Yes, it will not allow you to add a cleaner if they are not available.
Can you add multipe emails and phone numbers per customer?
Yes, you can add as many numbers and emails as you desire and you can choose which email gets the invoices.
Can I take payments from my dashboard?
Yes, you can create a Stripe or GoCardless account in seconds and take card payments through your dashboard.
Can I download reports from my dashboard?
Yes, you can download or print any report through date ranges.
Can I add my own services and prices?
Yes, you can add services and values and these can easily be added to any job.
Do I have to send automatic invoices?
No, you don’t have to send any invoices this is optional but you can also end invoice reminders and decide when your client has the invoices.
Will it work for short term lets or Airbnb?
Yes, you can add cleaner task lists for each service property and keep the cleaner informed of the clients requirements and access codes.
Can I send quotes to my prospects?
My clients don't have an email address?
That is fine, our software can allow you to add customers without an email address.
