Free Trial Period
- 14-Day Free Trial: New customers are eligible for a 14-day free trial. During this period, you will not be charged. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 14-day trial, you will not be billed.
- Payment Processing: Payment is only processed on the 15th day of your subscription if you do not cancel during the free trial period.
Refund Eligibility
- No Refunds After Payment: Once the initial payment is processed on the 15th day, we do not offer refunds for any subscription fees paid. This includes partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for unused months with an active account.

Cancellation Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
- Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel your annual subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Downgrading and Plan Changes
- Downgrading: If you choose to downgrade your subscription plan, the changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. Your current plan will remain active for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Upgrading: If you choose to upgrade your subscription plan, the new rate will be charged immediately, and the new plan features will be available immediately.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

- Navigate to the “Account Settings” section.
- Select the “Delete Account” at the bottom of the page.
- Follow instructions to delete your account.
