If you don't take my card during the trial, how do you take payment?
We only ask for your payment information at the end of the 7-day free trial. If you choose to subscribe, you will then select one of the available packages and enter your card details. Your first monthly payment will be processed immediately upon subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You have several easy options for cancellation. The fastest method is using the large, red **’Cancel Subscription’** button located directly on your account’s main **Settings** page. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to process the cancellation via **live chat, email, phone**, or by submitting a dedicated **support ticket**.
Is the Gemini AI Chatbot and AI Receptionist included, or do you charge more?
It is fully included!
The Gemini AI Booking Bot (our 24/7 AI Receptionist) is a core feature in all our ProCleanerUK packages, not an extra cost or add-on.
